Book is a bit overwhelming and overfilled with lists and to-do checklists. It also tries to cover a lot of topics all in one: like nutrition and exercise and other things only tangentially related to psychology. I'd suggest focusing on the most helpful chapters to you, skip the first few chapters and dive in to exposure therapy or whatever you want to try out.
