So practically everybody in Brazil speaks with an American accent, eh? (Other than the cockatoo from Australia.) When Disney made a Brazilian parrot movie -- "The Three Caballeros" (1945) -- their character, José Carioca, actually sounded Brazilian. Disney's film also managed to be fresh and entertaining while simultaneously honouring the two Latin American countries that saw combat against the Axis powers: Brazil (in the Italian campaign) and Mexico (in the Philippines). P.S. How come nobody on this page knows how to spell the word "favourite"?
