I hate this book, I hate this series!
Not Rick Riordan's best at all! And you need to have a girl main character! Like this post if you agree with that!

The first book in the Trials of Apollo series, this book describes the adventures of an overconfident ex-god, Apollo, who has been cast down to earth after angering his father. He is claimed by a demigod named Meg, and they go about trying to reclaim the 5 ancient oracles. In this book, they are trying to save the Grove of Dodona, which had been previously believed to have been destroyed. The book still has the same humour as the previous Percy Jackson books, so you will not be bored reading this.

BEUTIFUL! Absolutly well written. I love Peaches! I'm a big fan of Percy Jackson. Don't miss the Book three: the Burning Maze!

This book is the first book that I have read by Rick Riordan. I did enjoy this book very much. At first I didn't think I would finish it, but after a couple of chapters, I found that I was getting into the story. The story stems around a God, Apollo, who is banished to earth by his father until he can prove himself. He meets up with a Demigod, Meg, who goes with him on his journey. They run into all sorts of trouble, but seem to get through it. The ending to this story wasn't what I expected. But still a good read. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

I need to get the book now because my sister says its goooooooooood

At some point Rick Riordan has to run out of ingenious plots and ideas, and this book seemed to be it. While it had great promise as a sequel to the amazing Heroes of Olympus series (which was the sequel to Percy Jackson and the Olympians series) the book seemed to me to be awfully boring, and pointless. I feel like everyone liked it only because it had gay characters. That's fine and all, but can not excuse the fact that this book does not reach expectations as a Percy Jackson novel. It felt immature, slow paced, and had way to much of Apollo whining.

Sorry Uncle Rick.

A very great, funny book! Rick Riordan is one of my favorite authors. Highly recommended! Though I think I preferred the Percy Jackson series. The only thing I didn't care for were all the references of LGBTQ characters.
