Enjoyed the book. Describes the amazing ways the ordinary people can make significant changes and impacts by the act of stepping up. Why are so many people waiting around for someone else to do the work, make the change, and lead others? We each possess the power to step up and influence the world in which we live, whether just in our families, our communities, or the world at large. Be encouraged and motivated!

The right message... numerous simple and easily implementable suggestions... several touching anecdotes that illustrate each key point in each chapter. It was also read well by the author (which is unusual because they're usually poor narrators).
