Overall it's quite informative, but I strongly suggest readers to double check all tips given in it.

For example, Private Annuity Trust was vetoed by the IRS in October of 2006 as a viable tax-defer tool; however, this book, being published in 2010, still advocates it. The only people that can still benefit from such structure are those who went into it before it was shut down by the IRS and were thus grandfathered.
