Excellent book!
I read this book when my son was 5-6 months old and I Was desperate because he was having trouble sleeping through the night, this book helped me to teach him how to sooth himself and wean him so he don’t wake up through the night for milk. Never thought it would only take 4-5 days to get a full night sleep. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to sleep train their babies. I’m going to borrow it again since my son is almost 2 years old and sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night.

If you're looking for a solution to your baby's inability to sleep well or needing advice on what type of schedule your baby's sleep regimen should follow, this is an excellent book to check out! A co-worker advised me to look for this book if we ever had trouble with our little one's sleep habits and I am very thankful he did! This book gave us great council in working on a routine that would keep our child napping longer and sleeping throughout the night. I recommend this book to any parent looking to establish restful, consistent sleep for their little one!
