Well sadly I didn't finish it but it wasn't really because of the author and what she wrote - honestly, it was because someone before me had WRITTEN IN THE BOOK. Markings, arrows, pages turned down... all of the above. Library patrons, I beg of you - ***PLEASE do not write in the library books***. They do not belong to you. They are not your property. It is so unbelievably inappropriate to do this. I couldn't even properly start this book because of all the markings. Shame. *huge sigh* EDITED TO ADD: I have since found out that Joyce Meyer is a false teacher, so it is just as well I did not finish the book. God always knows the best for me, and there was definitely a reason I did not read this whole book.

One of the best books I have read by Joyce Meyers. Can't wait to read it again.

What a great book this is. If, like me, you are rather shy, then you should read this book. Joyce Meyer's uses her experiences, God's Word, and stories of others to try to inspire us to find our confidence so as to "live boldly and without fear." (Quote is from the book's cover/subtitle.) If you are already confident, reading this book might turn out to be great for you, too. If doubts ever creep in, Joyce has help for you in these pages. And even though the book is directed at women, I think men could be helped by it, too (just change the pronouns where necessary).

Mentioned several times throughout the book: "If you will do what you can do, God will do what you cannot." ... "With God, all things are possible."
