Summary
Add a SummaryOnce, there was a school and the meanest teacher there, at Wayside school was Mrs. Gorf. She could turn kids into apples. This book was very funny when it said that the new teacher thought the children were monkeys. First, Joe had a problem, then Sharie and so on. Will their problems be solved? There are many unique things about the school building. Find out! This book is very interesting.

It's about a crazy 30 story high school with kids that do everything backwards. When a normal kid is transferred into it, he has to learn how to fit in!

Mrs. Jewls looked at the children. They were horribly cute. In fact, they were much too cute to be children.
"I don't believe it," said Mrs. Jewls. "It's a room full of monkeys!"

I think this book is a fun book for all ages. I really like it!
I love it !!!!!!!! it is so funny !!!!!
Great for Read Aloud
My 5-year old loves these books but- as a warning to parents- there's a lot of calling kids stupid, teasing, and yelling shut up. For younger kids like mine, the language isn't always appropriate. The stories are great and very engaging though.
Here are a few words to describe these stories: "crazy," "ridiculous," "silly," "zany" stories - pure works of fiction, funny fables - to offer you escape entertainment, that is entertainment to "escape" from your ordinary day. Enjoy the 30th floor fables!
I am an idol and i love this book!!!! It's a entertainig book. I've read this book a hundred times and each and every time i've enjoyed it.
A deeply, deeply silly book. Refreshingly pointless.
Read this when I was seven, and still remember it.
