Soon to be a Lifetime movie called "Lying to be Perfect"

When Nola Devlin is turned down for her dream job because she's overweight, she decides to become thin-or, at least, pretend to be. The alter ego she creates-the thin, British, hip, and did we mention thin Belinda Apple-is a smashing success who is offered movie proposals, national television appearances and even dates...though no one's met her in person, of course.

Then Nola takes Belinda a bit too far, and is forced to join "The Cinderella Pact" and drop the pounds. As the weight comes off, however, Nola's problems begin to mount.

I loved this book! Loved the humor (I found myself laughing out loud several times), and of course, the 'Cinderella Pact" between three close friends and their own journey's and how this pact changed their lives and themselves. I read this book in one sitting, did not want to put it down because I wanted to see what happened at the end. Definitely would recommend it. Very well written!

I absolutely loved this book! The ending was super cute and the main character, Nola, was interesting to follow. Although there was the plot line of Nola trying to lose weight, the true story was the journey to finding herself and finding love. Definitely one of my favorite Cinderella-story books <3

did not finish it as it did not catch my interest fast enough. Was not sure I wanted to read about women wanting to lose weight
