May 20, 2014 A film with little credibility on the life style of a bunch of amoral characters who managed to defraud investors big and small with impunity for 7 years, while offered only superficial workings on their wall street crimes.…

A surprisingly “real” story about a gross man, “The Wolf of Wall Street” is an explicit tell-all about one of the most detestable men in recent history. Leonardo DiCaprio depicts Jordan Belfort, a Wall Street stockbroker. After being laid…

I still don't understand how any of this stock market stuff works (I'm slow). But this movie was still awesome! There was one scene I really hated and I was upset that I saw it, but that didn't affect the movie for me in the slightest.…

Hilarious movie. DiCaprio is pretty much perfect. When he is walking out of the house to go to work and nonchalantly tosses his full glass of orange juice into a shrub, I almost started crying from laughing so hard. Not for all tastes but…

Overall, this movie was quite raunchy, and had many questionable scenes, but was a very interesting look at the rich 1% of their ignorant ways of life and lack of consideration for others. As much as it was supposed to be a comedy, I…

Phoney! As someone that as worked in telephone sales I know how fake this is. Didn't watch it all I couldn't stomach the B.S.

Hilarious satire. As another reviewer pointed out, the real Jordan Belfort appears in the last few minutes.

The Wolf Of Wall Street was directed by Martin Scorsese and based upon the true story of Jordan Belfort who recalled his rise and fall as a stockbroker. Belfort had everything. A former model for a wife. A huge house, cars, jets, a yacht.…

An extraordinarily vulgar and obscenity filled film! But, as a piece of filmmaking, the varieties of camera angles and narrative techniques (including voice-overs and taking right into the camera) are numerous, and so its visually…

It's a shit show. Too bad DeCaprio wasted his talent on it. Don't bother, go pull weeds in your garden instead. You will feel better about yourself.

Here's a movie for Jerry Lewis fans (Scorsese showed his cred in "King of Comedy") and/or over-sexed male juveniles. Lot's of moronic manic scenes and very, very little understanding of how these stock traders tick. Is Martin Scorsese…

So sorry I didn't read more about this movie before checking out the DVD. Could not make it through the whole thing. Can't believe it had ratings as high as it does. Disgusting.

The debauchery in this movie is depressing. It does give insight into the world of Wall Street. Maybe investors will think twice after seeing this but it is not a movie I would recommend.

Great film about a stock broker building a film and becoming rich by scamming its customers in buying penny stocks. How he lived a billionaire life style doing drugs and hookers. True story and great music sound track.

A wildly entertaining movie that exposes the base greed and cruelty of America's financial elite. Certainly belongs in the "reality is stranger than fiction" pile.

This movie is about the infamous former stockbroker Jordan Belfort. It is all about his life and him working on the wall. Jordan started off as stockbroker at a wall street brokerage firm and as years pass by, he slowly starts to build his…

I was a little disappointed watching this movie. It looked like it was going to be one of those perfect black comedies: Leonardo DiCaprio in the lead role, Martin Scorsese directing, Margot Robbie in a gorgeous 90s Chanel suit, corporate…

The true story of Jordan Belfort, who came to be called the Wolf of Wall Street, from his self-penned memoir of the same name: a 3-hour full-throttle drama/comedy spectacular about his time as a 1980's penny stock fraudster and the…

In the hands of Martin Scorsese, Wall St. Legend Jordan Belfort’s tell-all autobiography is turned into drug-fuelled frat boy’s fantasy which is as repulsive as it is morbidly fascinating. Starting as a manic comedy, Leonardo DiCaprio’s…

The Wolf of Wall Street is tremendous fun, but be warned: It is not for the faint of heart. The levels of debauchery that surrounds Jordan is almost the stuff of legend. Hookers and wild sex, enough drugs to put Keith Richards to shame,…
